We understand the challenges of making ends meet, which is why in 2016 we took the risk and founded Tighten Builders, a company dedicated to offering affordable pricing without compromising quality. 

 

​My journey in the construction industry began in 2008, when I obtained my contracting license and where I spent over 8+ years gaining valuable experience with reputable companies such as Horizon Roofing, Nelson Builders, Homestead, W.M. Kenmerk, Mr. Handyman, and Vince Johnson Construction. With now nearly 20 years of expertise, I’ve learned the ins and outs of not just building houses, but creating homes for hundreds of families across West Michigan and surrounding areas.

Beyond construction, Tighten Builders is committed to making a difference in the community. Through our work, we’ve proudly donated over $20,000 to support cancer patients, provide resources for schoolchildren in the Dominican Republic, and contribute to My House Ministries. Giving back is at the heart of what we do, and we are always looking for new ways to serve and support those in need.
